Official Rules — Bella Ora Royal Pop LAN BA Sweepstakes

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, and owners of Sponsor and its affiliates, their immediate family members, and members of their households are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family” means a spouse, parent, child, sibling, or the spouse of any of those persons. Household members are excluded whether or not related.

The Promotion begins on October 10, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time and ends on October 23, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. The ViralSweep promotion schedule and Bella Ora campaign page must use this same Promotion Period. Sponsor’s ViralSweep contest clock is the official timekeeping device, subject to the schedule in these Official Rules.

Enter through the official Bella Ora campaign page, which embeds the ViralSweep entry experience. Provide your first name, last name, valid email address, and date of birth; confirm that you meet the age, residency, and other eligibility requirements; and accept these Official Rules. After submitting the form, you must verify your email address using the link sent to that address. Completing both registration and email verification earns one (1) entry. Providing a phone number is optional. No Illuminaires account registration is required. Entering the Promotion is not the same as consenting to marketing email.

All bonus actions are optional and unlock after your initial entry is completed and your email is verified. Each follow below earns one (1) additional entry when you complete the matching button in the entry form: visit and follow @illuminaires.app on Instagram; visit and follow @bellaora.llc on Instagram; visit and follow the Illuminaires Facebook Page; visit and follow the Bella Ora Facebook Page. Instagram and Facebook do not report follows to Sponsor, so the additional entry is recorded when that button is completed.

You receive one (1) additional entry when you refer a friend who joins through your link and completes the required entry. Your friend joins by using your personal referral link, completing the registration form, and verifying their email address. Sharing a link or generating a visit alone does not earn an entry. There is no campaign cap on qualifying referrals, subject to ViralSweep’s platform controls and Sponsor’s fraud review. Self referrals, duplicate identities, and fraudulent referrals are invalid.

Bonus actions unlock after your initial entry is completed and your email is verified. Website visits, watch questions, tagging friends, Timeline sharing, reposting, Messenger messages, joining a Facebook Group, and Facebook or Instagram likes or comments earn nothing. Sharing your referral link, or a visit through that link, earns nothing until your friend completes the required entry.

Limit one entrant identity and one email address per person. This limit does not prevent an eligible entrant from earning the optional bonus entries described above. Multiple accounts, disposable emails, bots, or fraudulent referral schemes may result in disqualification.

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the Promotion Period ends. The random drawing will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. ET. Each valid entry is one chance to win. The prize is not automatically awarded to the entrant with the highest number of entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. The selected person is a potential winner until Sponsor verifies eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. If the potential winner is disqualified or nonresponsive, Sponsor will select an alternate by the same random method. Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, entry validity, fraud review, and winner selection are final and binding.

One (1) prize package: one (1) Swatch × Audemars Piguet Royal Pop LAN BA, brand new complete set, with one (1) generic aftermarket wrist conversion strap. Watch MSRP: $445 USD. Generic aftermarket wrist conversion strap approximate value: $10 USD. Total prize package Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $455 USD. One winner. Resale or secondary market prices are not the official prize value.

Prize is nontransferable except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No cash alternative unless required by law. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all taxes and any costs not expressly included. Sponsor may require a winner affidavit, eligibility confirmation, and tax documentation where applicable.

Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner at the email address provided at entry within a commercially reasonable time after selection. The potential winner must respond and complete verification within the time stated in the winner notice, or within seven (7) days if no shorter period is stated. Failure to respond, failure of verification, or prize rejection may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate by the same random selection method.

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes in connection with the Promotion without additional compensation.

Marketing consent is a separate optional choice and is not required to enter or win. Email preferences may be managed at https://www.bella-ora.com/privacy-preferences.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, ViralSweep, or any other third party platform used to advertise or host entry technology, except that ViralSweep provides the entry technology for Sponsor. By entering, you completely release those platforms and their affiliates from liability in connection with the Promotion to the fullest extent permitted by law. Do not inaccurately tag content or administer this Promotion on personal Facebook timelines in a manner that violates Meta’s policies.

Sponsor may review or invalidate entries for suspected fraud, duplicate identities, duplicate IP use, VPN use, high risk email use, false information, or failure to satisfy an entry method. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in fraud, abuse, or unfair play, including referral farming or automated systems. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise fair administration, as permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries; network or software failures; or unauthorized human intervention. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of participation or prize acceptance or use, except where prohibited.

Except where prohibited, disputes arising under these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles, and subject to the dispute terms in Sponsor’s website Terms & Conditions where applicable.
